Frequently asked questions

Will my HMI application survive the repair?

Yes. The runtime application lives in the terminal's flash memory or CF/SD card, which touch, backlight, and power repairs never modify. Your screens and settings come back exactly as they left.

How do I tell a backlight failure from a dead unit?

Shine a flashlight at the dark screen at an angle. Faintly visible graphics = failed backlight (the most common HMI fault). Truly black with no LEDs = power supply. Both are covered by our flat pricing.

My model isn't listed — can you still repair it?

Very likely. The catalog shows the highest-volume models; we service far more. Search your part number or send it through the quote form and a technician confirms before you ship.

Machine down? Let's get it back up.

Start a repair online in two minutes, or send us the part number for a free technician review.

The Fixed-or-Free Guarantee: if we can't repair it, you don't pay for the repair.
