24-month warranty, in plain language
One warranty, stated the same way everywhere: every completed repair is covered for 24 months. Here's exactly what that means.

- The repair work we performed and every part we installed
- The same fault returning within 24 months — repaired again at no charge
- Return shipping on valid warranty repairs — on us
- Transfers with the machine if you sell it (keep the RMA paperwork)
✕ Not covered
- New, unrelated faults in circuits we didn't service
- External events: surges, lightning, water/coolant ingress, physical damage
- Damage from miswiring, wrong supply voltage, or misapplication at reinstall
- Failures caused by upstream equipment (shorted motors, failed supplies feeding the unit)
- Units opened, modified, or repaired elsewhere after our service
- Normal wear items reaching end-of-life outside the serviced area
How a claim works
Email us with your RMA number and what the unit is doing. We troubleshoot with you first — a surprising share of "it failed again" turns out to be a connector, a parameter, or another component upstream, and we'd rather solve it on the phone than have you ship a healthy unit. If it needs the bench, we issue a warranty RMA, you ship it in, and same-fault repairs are done free with return shipping on us.
If evaluation shows the return is a different, unrelated fault, we quote it like any new repair before doing anything — nothing happens without your approval, ever.
Why we can offer 24 months
Because the repairs replace wear items with new components — power modules, capacitor banks, digitizers, backlights — and every unit is functionally tested before it ships. A repair done that way doesn't bounce; the warranty just puts it in writing.
