What we collect

Order and lead information you give us: name, company, email, phone, shipping address, and the details of the unit and failure. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store full card numbers. Basic, privacy-respecting site analytics (page views, referrers) run without advertising cookies.

How we use it

To perform the service: confirming orders, diagnosing units, sending status updates, returning shipments, and honoring the warranty. Order emails are transactional. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Device data & programs

Applications and parameters stored in your equipment are treated as confidential, used only to perform the repair, and never shared. Service-necessary backups are deleted after the warranty period.

Sharing

Only with the vendors required to deliver the service — payment processing (Square), shipping carriers, and email delivery — each receiving only what their function needs. We comply with valid legal process.

Retention & your choices

Order records are retained for warranty service and tax/accounting requirements. Email repairs@controlboardlab.com to access or delete your contact information; we honor deletion except where records must be kept by law.
