Frequently asked questions
Should I back up my CNC before sending a board?
Yes — always back up parameters and programs before removing any board; that's best practice regardless of repair. If a board carries battery-backed memory, note it on the intake form and we maintain memory power during service wherever the hardware allows.
Can you repair boards FANUC no longer supports?
Legacy-control boards are a specialty. Third-party repair is often the only remaining service path for Series 0/16/18/21-era hardware, and the common failures use components that are still obtainable.
